Great as a spare wheel replacement. Ideal as car equipment. Suitable for tubeless tyres. The repair kit allows you to repair punctures quickly and effectively.
Its small size makes it very handy so you can always have it at hand. You never know what is going to happen on the road, so it is worth buying our kit!
- The set enables quick repair of a punctured tyre.
- Ideal for use in the field when there is no possibility of replacing the punctured tyre.
- However, it should be remembered that this is a temporary solution, which allows you to drive to your destination or the nearest vulcaniser.
- The kit is not suitable for a cut tyre or side puncture, but only where there is tread.
CONTENT:
- Drill with handle
- Awl with handdle
- 5 vulcanisation cords, each 10 cm long
- Glue 12g
Instructions for use:
1. remove the nail from the area where the tyre has been punctured.
2. grease the cutter with the glue provided and drive it into the hole left by the nail, following the angle at which the nail entered the tyre to fill the hole well with glue.
3. thread the string onto the awl and bend it in half with the ends up.
4.Apply glue to the string and use the awl to press the string into the nail hole, following the angle of the previous penetration. With a firm motion, push the awl and string through the damaged area. Make sure that the cord goes all the way through the tyre.
Be careful not to pull the entire cord inwards. The two ends of the cord should protrude approximately 0.5 - 1cm above the tyre tread. Firmly remove the stalk from the tyre (do not twist the stalk inside the tyre when removing it - this may break it).
5. cut off the two protruding ends of the cord leaving 5mm above the tyre. The cord will flush with the tread surface as you drive.
